In this time-lapse video, I share the “Declaring My Intention” painting process step of the “Awakening the Dragonfly” Integrative Art Journaling process by The Abstract Expressionist.
There was also a writing process in this step, in which I wrote out my intention in long-hand for the whole process; however, that part wasn’t nearly as fun to watch as the painting. I hope you enjoy it!
